Delete your account

Your account is locked as soon as you confirm, and erased within 30 days.

What's deleted

Your account, profile and settings.
Your photos, floor-plan scans, notes, voice recordings and transcripts.
Your conversations with Faye.
If you're the only member of your organization: its subscription is cancelled immediately, and all of its data is deleted too. If others remain, shared properties and reports stay with them.

What's kept

Signed (finalized) appraisal reports and their workfile are kept for 5 years, as appraisal record-keeping rules (USPAP) require, then deleted.
Security audit records of sign-ins and account changes.
Billing records held by our payment processor, Stripe.

How to delete it

In the Faye Field app: tap Delete account on the home screen. On the web: use the form below, or Settings → Delete account.

Can't sign in? Email akhil@fractalshare.com from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.

Sign in, then open Settings → Delete account. In the Faye Field app, tap Delete account on the home screen.
